2016 Howard Park Allingham Chardonnay, Margaret River

Notes of honeysuckle, pear and lime zest distinguish this wine’s southern Margaret River origin. Stone-fruit and citrus flavours are supported by nutmeal and lemon curd, and enhanced by a mineral texture and bright acidity.

2018 Woodlands Brook Chardonnay, Margaret River

Produced from a close-planted plot on Woodlands’ second Wilyabrup estate. Aromas of white peach and jasmine. On the palate, orchard fruits, toasted almonds and honey balance the natural acidity. Defined, purposeful and textured. Only 4,500 bottles produced.

2016 Greystone Nor’Wester Pinot Noir, North Canterbury

Named after the hot, dry winds that ripen Greystone’s pinot noir, this wine has been wild fermented in aged barriques and perfectly showcases the dark, savoury flavours of pinot from the Omihi region in North Canterbury.

2015 Helen’s Hill Long Walk Pinot Noir, Yarra Valley

One of the hallmark wines in the Helen’s Hill stable, this fragrant and complex pinot noir saw all fruit fermented in open top fermenters before being transferred to French oak for maturation.

2012 First Drop Forza Nebbiolo, Adelaide Hills

Sourced from a unique vineyard in the northern Adelaide Hills, this nebbiolo exhibits an intricate nose of violets and cloves layered with cherry fruit and hints of cordite and cola. The palate is complex and savoury with cherry cola flavours on a taut frame of leathery tannins.

2015 Henschke Johann’s Garden, Barossa Valley

A blend of separately vinified grenache, mataro and shiraz, this wine shows intense aromas of fresh raspberry, dark plum and cumquat complemented by nuances of mace, nutmeg and black pepper. The palate is pure with concentrated layers of texture, minerality and velvety tannins.

2017 Tellurian Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre, Heathcote

Heathcote’s warm days, cool nights and ancient red soils provide optimal growing conditions for these Rhône varieties. The medium-bodied Tellurian GSM balances the softness and elegance of grenache with the savouriness of shiraz and mourvèdre.

2016 Torbreck Harris Grenache, Barossa Valley

Aromas of sweet raspberry and ripe cherry are further lifted by black pepper, violets and liquorice. At the heart of this wine is a soft, plump cherry fruit core and mouth-coating tannins.

2016 After Five Wine Co. Serata, Barossa Valley

A complex blend of shiraz, montepulciano and aglianico, this wine shows aromas of cherry, rose, liquorice and strawberry. The palate shows the depth and body of the shiraz, montepulciano’s cherry flavours, and fine tannins and natural acidity from the aglianico.

2017 Oliver’s Taranga Shiraz, McLaren Vale

Blackberry leaf, blood plum and dark chocolate aromas lead to a bright palate of lifted cherry and berry flavours, fresh mulberry characters and mouth-watering tannins, with a sweet fruit and dark chocolate-laced finish.

2016 Piano Piano Henry’s Block Shiraz, Beechworth

This single vineyard, hand-crafted shiraz shows classic cool-climate pepper, spice, cherry and blueberry aromas. The palate is rich and elegant, with red berries supported by finely integrated oak and soft, chalky tannins.

2012 Rymill Coonawarra Maturation Release Cabernet Sauvignon, Coonawarra

A full-bodied and richly flavoured wine, this cabernet sauvignon exhibits aromas of mulberry and dried plums with hints of dark chocolate and cedar box. The palate is rich and sophisticated with an elegant, savoury edge.
