2019 Idée Fix ePremier Brut, Margaret River

From Vasse Felix’s dedicated sparkling house Idée Fixe comes this elegant Premier Brut, crafted from hand-picked chardonnay grown in Karridale. A Blanc de Blancs expressive of Margaret River, with aromas of sea spray and struck match. Crisp apple acidity is balanced by a persistent, saline finish.

2021 Castle Rock Estate Riesling, Porongurup

Rob Diletti is known for producing rieslings of great balance of fruit, acidity and structure – and this is no exception. Rich lime characters play with a core of natural acidity resulting in liveliness, complexity and depth.

2021 Harewood Estate Porongurup Riesling, Porongurup

This wine has been crafted from one of the original riesling sites in the Great Southern’s Porongurup Ranges. It’s an elegant example, with floral and citrus aromas, and a palate of green apple and grapefruit with fine structure.

2019 Cullen Grace Madeline, Margaret River

A blend of biodynamic sauvignon blanc and semillon, this wine takes its name from owner and winemaker Vanya Cullen’s grandmother. Vibrant acidity with notes of passionfruit, lime and cut grass – with great length and texture.

2015 John Kosovich Wines Bottle Aged Reserve Chenin Blanc, Swan Valley

A complex, textural and refreshing chenin blanc from the Swan Valley. Expect a beautifully balanced palate of green apple acidity and subtle spicy tones with great structure and further cellaring potential.

2019 Whicher Ridge Mademoiselle V Viognier, Margaret River & Geographe

A blend of handpicked viognier from Yallingup in Margaret River and Chapman Hill in Geographe made in a textural style honouring its French origin. Flavours of apricot, ginger, musk and yellow peach are complemented by a creamy mouthfeel from 12 months on yeast lees.

2020 Apricus Hill Pinot Noir, Denmark

Fermentation in small, one tonne batches and ageing in French oak presents a complex, yet bright pinot noir from Denmark in Great Southern. Expect a lifted nose boasting black cherry and spicy oak before opening onto a palate of red fruit characters with a gamey mid palate and soft tannins.

2021 Bellarmine Pinot Noir, Pemberton

This pinot noir is sourced exclusively from the Bellarmine Vineyard in Pemberton, which sits at 330m altitude. Fresh cherry and plum characters shine on the palate, balanced by hints of oak from time spent in tight-grained French barriques.

2021 LS Merchants Wholebunch Mataro, Margaret River

It’s a fun mix of juiciness, vibrancy and crunchiness here with 100% whole bunch, organically grown mataro from LS Merchants. Wild yeast fermented, it shows dark fruit notes with refreshing acidity. A wine made in very small amounts.

2018 Howard Park Abercrombie Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River & Mount Barker

Sourced from Howard Park’s prized Leston and Abercrombie vineyards, this is a top example of WA cabernet. Dark fruit aromas star, with hints of cedar and coffee, rich fruit flavours, balanced acidity and fine tannins.

2016 McHenry Hohnen Hazel’s Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River

Sourced from a single block at the biodynamically farmed Hazel’s Vineyard, this cabernet is one of complexity and great structure. Redcurrant and floral aromas lead to a velvety palate of cocoa and cassis with fine tannins.

2018 Plantagenet Wyjup Collection Cabernet Sauvignon, Great Southern

A cabernet crafted from an ideal vintage at Plantagent’s most southern site in Great Southern. Aromas of blackberry, bay leaf and hints of cedar all lead to a palate of dark berries, tar and graphite with great depth.
