NV Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, Champagne

Maison Perrier-Jouët are renowned for their vibrant and elegant style. Expect delicate floral aromas, and an exceptionally balanced palate of fresh fruits with a rich, generous finish.

2015 Clover Hill Cuveé Exceptionnelle Blanc de Blancs, Tasmania

Crafted from Clover Hill’s estate-grown chardonnay in Pipers River, this blanc de blancs is a stunning example of Tasmanian sparkling. Expect aromas of brioche and honey leading into a creamy palate with lemon curd and preserved citrus notes.

2016 Clover Hill Cuveé Exceptionnelle Rosé, Tasmania

This limited release rosé boasts an elegant blush colour, resulting from extended contact with pinot noir skins. It’s a refreshing, crisp sparkling with strawberry characters rounded out with a hint of brioche.

2017 De Chanceny Brut Excellence, Vouvray

This wine is crafted from De Chanceny’s chenin blanc vineyards in Vouvray and Rochecorbon near Tours. It displays beautiful aromatic presence, with hazelnut, dried fruits and candied lemon before opening into light toast characters.

2016 De Salis Lofty Cuveé, Orange

The aptly named Lofty Vineyard sits at 1050m and produces the grapes for this traditional pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier-based sparkling. It carries a fine bead on the palate, with notes of mandarin peel and croissant, before developing into pink lady apple and a tight, chalky finish.

NV De Salis Rosé, Orange

This is De Salis’ first release of their NV Rosé, crafted from a blend of six vintages. It is a soft, coppery orange in colour, with a lingering palate boasting red fruits, blood orange and a hint of crusty bread.

2021 Gilbert Pétillant-Naturel Rosé, Mudgee

Will Gilbert has crafted a vibrant, fresh pétillant-naturel rosé from Mudgee sangiovese. It’s a gorgeous, cloudy pink with a textural palate and notes of lively watermelon. A bright, fresh example of new-wave sparkling in Australia.

MD (Multi-vintage mature disgorged) Henschke Johanne Ida Selma Blanc de Noir, Lenswood, Adelaide Hills

Elegant aromas of apple and citrus blossom, complemented by plum skin, redcurrant, ginger and wet slate. The palate is rich, complex and concentrated with layers of texture and bright acidity.

2015 Howard Park Jeté, Great Southern

Taking its name from the ballet movement jeté (meaning to leap), this sparkling from Howard Park is crafted using the méthode traditionnelle technique. Handpicked chardonnay and pinot from the estate’s Mount Barrow Vineyard combine to result in a wine that boasts vibrant citrus and lively acidity.

2016 Kreglinger Vintage Brut, Tasmania

Sourced from Kreglinger’s single vineyard in Pipers River, this Tasmanian sparkling is made using the méthode traditionnelle technique. Delicate lemon and red apple aromas start, before opening into a complex and textural palate of lemon créme, toasted brioche and wild strawberry.

NV La Bohème Cuvée Blanc, Yarra Valley

Comprised of 93% chardonnay and 7% pinot noir, this wine has lifted aromas of citrus, hazelnuts and brioche. The palate has finesse and complexity with good weight and balance.

NV Rotari Brut, Trentino

An Italian sparkling crafted from handpicked chardonnay grapes from vineyards perched on hills along the Adige Valley. Expect aromas of rich fruit like pineapple and green apple paired with a viscous palate and refreshing acidity.
