2018 Bay of Fires Riesling, Tasmania

Crafted from hand-harvested fruit grown in the Coal River Valley, this wine’s fragrant aromas of fresh lime and musk precede a tense and lengthy palate with crisp, mineral acidity.

2017 Bellarmine Riesling Dry, Pemberton

This elegant and aromatic riesling shows lifted aromas of white blossom, lemon zest and lime sherbet. The palate is pure and delicate with citrus and lively, chalky linear acidity leading to a crisp, clean finish.

2018 Dormilona Chenin Blanc, Margaret River

Made with handpicked, certified organic chenin blanc, this wine saw whole-bunch, wild fermentation in barrel with no fining or filtration, resulting in a textured, bright and crisp chenin blanc.

2018 Oliver’s Taranga Fiano, McLaren Vale

This minimal intervention fiano was made with native yeasts and saw no oak treatment. Aromas of freshly cut lime, chestnut and wet river stone lead to a bright, refreshing palate with cashew nut texture.

2016 Goodman Wines Chardonnay, Yarra Valley

The Willowlake Vineyard in the upper Yarra Valley is subject to perfect conditions for growing high quality chardonnay. Gently whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented, this is a powerful, persistent wine.

2014 Bird on a Wire Marsanne, Yarra Valley

This rich, full-bodied example of marsanne, a variety native to the Rhône Valley, showcases great mouthfeel and texture. The slight but balanced varietal spice aids in persistence of flavour.

2017 Vasse Felix Chardonnay, Margaret River

Crafted from a selection of premium parcels, this modern style of Margaret River chardonnay exhibits a soft, creamy texture and polished acidity, combining to create a delicate, balanced wine.

2018 Pfeiffer Gamay, Rutherglen

Pfeiffer Gamay has been produced every year since 1985. Aromas of dark cherry and red berry fruits lead to a palate exhibiting soft tannins and decent mid-palate weight.

2017 Delamere Vineyards Pinot Noir, Tasmania

This pinot noir shows lifted earthy aromas over elegant underlying red fruits. The palate is a complex blend of ripe cherry and red plum flavours, framed by smooth, savoury tannins.

2017 Heirloom Alcala Grenache, McLaren Vale

Elementary fruit aromas of raspberry and mulberry with intriguing notes of spice and pepper. The palate is cool, fresh and light with fruit persistence. A delicious, confident example of McLaren Vale grenache.

2017 Yarra Yering Dry Red Wine No.3, Yarra Valley

This blend of six classic Portuguese varieties reveals lavender aromas with mulberry and cardamom undertones. The palate is savoury and complex, led by the fruit and liquorice spice of touriga naçional.

2016 Howard Park Abercrombie Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River & Mount Barker

Aromas of black, blue and red berries seasoned with sweet mint, savoury herbs, vanilla and mocha. The weight of the fruit is opulent and the tannins are fine and supple.

2016 Pepper Tree Elderslee Road Cabernet Sauvignon, Wrattonbully

Aromas of blackberry integrate perfectly with spicy French oak. The palate is rich, packed with ripe berry fruits, fine tannins and great structure and depth. A full-bodied cabernet of distinction.

2016 Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon, Coonawarra

The 2016 Wynns Black Label shows aromas of mulberry and red cherry with hints of dark fruit and creamy oak. The palate is medium- bodied with cassis flavours, fine tannins and integrated French oak.
