NV Henriot Blanc de Blancs, Champagne

Aged for five years prior to release. Aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossom are interwoven with lime flower leading to a lively, generous palate with fresh lemon flavours dissolving into notes of butter-laced brioche, quince paste and acacia honey.

NV Henriot Rosé, Champagne

Aged for three years prior to release. Red and dark berry fruit aromas are supported by notes of lemon, pink grapefruit and mandarin. The palate is persistent with floral and savoury flavours making way for spicy notes and lingering sweetness.

Champagne Jacquart Mosaïque Brut, Champagne

An elegant rendition of Jacquart’s signature style, this fine and rich Champagne showcases a fleshy, fruit-driven palate weight complemented by aromas of lemon and orange.

A blend of 84% pinot noir and 16% chardonnay from the 2016 and 2015 vintages, this wine shows great poise and focus, good richness and palate weight with crisp natural acidity.

NV Howard Park Jeté Brut, Great Southern

Rich and full of flavour, balanced by a fine, guiding acidity, this wine is based on the 2017 vintage and disgorged in December 2019 after 30 months on lees.

NV La Bohème Cuvée Blanc, Yarra Valley

Comprised of 93% chardonnay and 7% pinot noir, this wine shows lifted aromas of citrus, hazelnuts and brioche. The palate has finesse and complexity with good weight and balance.

NV La Bohème Cuvée Rosé, Yarra Valley

A blend of chardonnay (66%), pinot noir, pinot meunier and pinot blanc. It displays complex cream and biscuit aromas leading to a fine, textural and lively palate.

2012 Swift Vintage Brut, Orange

Six years of lees ageing in bottle has helped build flavour and textural complexity in this wine. It has lifted aromas, a citrus backbone and red-fruited mid-palate.
