Cabernet & Friends Dinner

Take a trip to Bordeaux, New World Style. Join Nick Stock in Melbourne for an exploration of nine of the finest cabernet growing regions throughout Australia and New Zealand. We’ll unveil the differences in climate, terroir and winemaking style across Bordeaux-inspired blends, as well as fellow Bordelais varieties merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot.
