2016 Flowstone Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River

Punchy guava aromas with notes of feijoa, white nectarine and passionfruit pulp, with citrus and subtle creamy elements adding complexity. The palate offers ripe nectarine and guava with flinty highlights and chalky, mineral acidity.

2017 Villa Maria Reserve Wairau Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough

A classic Wairau Valley style bursting with the trademark ripe fruit characters typical of this subregion. The palate is concentrated with an enticing array of ripe gooseberry and guava flavours, naturally complemented by a fine thread of acidity and a long finish.

2016 Handpicked Collection Chardonnay, Mornington Peninsula

Opening with stone-fruit and floral aromas with bright citrus notes, this wine has layers of fruit flavour and creamy complexity derived from 11 months ageing on lees in barrel. A generous wine that reflects the warm season.

2016 Luna Estate Eclipse Chardonnay, Martinborough

Complex crushed rock and sea spray aromas combined with underlying notes of white flowers, green melon and grapefruit. The palate is powerful with stunning purity driven by fine, bright acidity and quality oak integration.

2016 Amisfield Breakneck Reserve Pinot Noir, Central Otago

Expressive red fruit aromas are layered with subtle spice elements, leading to a medium-bodied palate with impressive weight and juicy plushness. Chalky tannins add a complex textural element and a lingering finish.

2016 Ata Rangi Pinot Noir, Martinborough

Only the oldest parcels of fruit are used in Ata Rangi’s premium pinot noir. Aromas of juniper, cranberry, manuka flower and sandalwood lead to a palate exhibiting flavours of warm spice and Campari, with a savoury seam hinting at ramen broth and a rush of tannin.

2015 Cloudy Bay Te Wahi Pinot Noir, Central Otago

This complex Central Otago pinot exhibits lifted, floral aromatics, hints of forest floor, graphite and five-spice characters on the nose. The palate delivers dark berry fruit and spice flavours with succulence and generosity.

2017 Yarra Yering Pinot Noir, Yarra Valley

A perfumed nose of violet, mixed cherry fruits and a pinch of aniseed spice. The palate is silky and elegant with cherry fruit flavours and fine tannin structure. An immediately delicious, medium-bodied yet powerful style of Yarra Valley pinot noir.

2016 Craggy Range Sophia, Gimblett Gravels, Hawke’s Bay

This complex blend of merlot, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon is aromatically complex with notes of ripe, dark plum, violets, autumnal forest and smoke. The palate exhibits great focus and intensity with fine tannins layered through a core of dark fruit.

2016 Katnook Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Coonawarra

A rich, layered palate of dark berry fruits and hints of mulberry complement perfectly integrated oak maturation flavours and soft, fine-grained tannins. A rich, deep and intensely flavoured take on Coonawarra cabernet sauvignon.

2015 Mount Mary Quintet, Yarra Valley

Aromas of cassis, spice, blackberry and liquorice with the typical Quintet notes of cherry and earth. The palate is vibrant and concentrated, showing impressive balance and densely packed tannin grip.

2016 Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River

Deep garnet in colour, this classic Margaret River cabernet shows exciting perfumes of blackcurrant and cranberry jam with hints of rose petal and roasted coffee. The palate is juicy and succulent with a plump core, fine, slow-building tannins and a stone-dry finish with persisting fragrance.
