2019 Lyons Will Riesling, Macedon Ranges

Crafted in a traditional Germanic style by winemaker Renata Morello, this Macedon Ranges riesling expresses beautiful aromatics and primary fruit flavours while showing complexity, structure and texture.

2019 Mitchell Harris Sauvignon Blanc Fumé, Pyrenees

Fermented with wild yeasts and matured in French oak on full juice solids for nine months. Ripe grapefruit and passionfruit characteristics are balanced by struck match and spicy oak with loads of texture and length.

2018 Medhurst Reserve Chardonnay, Yarra Valley

Subtle and restrained aromas of flint and grapefruit are supported by lime, brioche and savoury spice. The palate is poised and lively, with exceptional purity, balance and structure.

2017 Sailor Seeks Horse Pinot Noir, Tasmania

Sailor Seeks Horse’s vineyard, located in Southern Tasmania’s Huon Valley, is at the climatic limit for grape growing. The 2017 vintage saw cooler weather and lower yields than previous years, resulting in a complex, structured and balanced pinot noir.

2018 Swinney Grenache, Frankland River

Handpicked from 18-year-old bush vines in Frankland River, this grenache displays lifted aromatics of rhubarb, summer pudding, Chinese five spice and musk stick. The palate is tightly wound with flavours of maraschino cherry and blood plum with a cool, wet slate-like minerality.

2017 Tyrrell’s Stevens Single Vineyard Shiraz, Hunter Valley

Crafted from 50-year-old vines in Pokolbin, this medium- to full-bodied shiraz offers black cherry and raspberry flavours supported by a hint of spice. Fresh, vibrant acidity and minimal oak influence render it a beautiful example of modern Hunter Valley shiraz.

2017 Yarra Yering Dry Red No.1, Yarra Valley

Comprising 70% cabernet sauvignon, 18% merlot, 8% malbec and 4% petit verdot, this wine exhibits dark berry fruit aromas with sage notes providing herbal lift. The palate shows both power and restraint, with exceptional fruit, bright acidity and well-formed tannins.

2019 Palliser Estate Riesling, Martinborough

Youthful aromas of lime juice, orange blossom and jasmine are supported by a core of ripe, crunchy apple. The palate is concentrated, juicy and vibrant with fruit purity, mouth-watering acidity and a delicate floral lift. A classic example of Martinborough riesling.

2016 Greywacke Wild Sauvignon, Marlborough

A complex take on Marlborough sauvignon blanc with aromas of shortbread, ginger, honeysuckle and Asian spices. The palate is intricate, textural, rich and succulent with a crisp, flinty finish.

2017 Tony Bish Skeetfield Chardonnay, Hawke’s Bay

Indigenous yeast and malolactic fermentation have resulted in a chardonnay of complexity, texture and depth. White flower and citrus peel aromas lead to
a deep and richly textured palate with mealy, nutty characters framed by citrus and stone fruit, and a fine lace of acidity.

2016 On Giants’ Shoulders Pinot Noir, Martinborough

The 1988-planted McCreanor vineyard is one of the Martinborough Terrace’s most revered sources of pinot noir. Crafted from a blend of clones – 10/5,
Abel, UCD5 and 828 – this florally expressive wine offers excellent structure and finesse.

2015 Valli Bannockburn Pinot Noir, Central Otago

An exceptionally fragrant pinot noir crafted by GT WINE 2020 New Zealand Winemaker of the Year, Jen Parr. The palate is energetic with red cherry and raspberry flavours framed by long, silky tannins and vibrant acidity.

2015 Fromm Vineyard Syrah, Marlborough

Sourced entirely from Fromm’s Home Vineyard in the Wairau Valley, this syrah was co-fermented with a small amount of viognier, resulting in a perfumed and complex wine showcasing the elegance of cool-climate syrah.

2012 Puriri Hills Harmonie Du Soir, Auckland

This blend of merlot, carménère, cabernet franc and malbec was crafted from Puriri Hills’ vineyard overlooking the Hauraki Gulf in southeast Auckland. Inspired by the Right Bank reds of Bordeaux, it’s an elegant, restrained and remarkably complex wine.
