2019 Sinapius Esmé Gamay, Tasmania
Crafted from handpicked fruit from Sinapius’ dry-grown estate vineyard, this gamay underwent carbonic maceration for three weeks prior to five months’ maturation in old oak. It was bottled without fining or filtration, resulting in a savoury and complex yet juicy, delicious wine.

Crafted from a high-elevation Orange vineyard, this pinot meunier has a juicy texture combined with a bright, fruit-forward palate. Along with lifted red fruits, the palate also has earthy, savoury tones with soft tannins and great length resulting from whole bunches.
2018 Lethbridge Pinot Noir, Geelong
Comprised of fruit from four single vineyards, this wine was fermented with wild yeast and 40% whole bunches before 10 months’ maturation in French oak, 40% new. Aromas of dark plums and spice lead to a savoury, spicy palate, rich with dense red and black fruits and complex tannins.

Sourced from 20-year-old vines on the north-facing slopes of Mount Canobolas, this pinot noir exhibits perfumed aromas of wild strawberries, chinotto, fennel seed and roses. The palate is soft and silky with red berries, sour cherry and cinnamon leading to a long, spicy finish.
2018 Shadowfax Little Hampton Pinot Noir, Macedon RAnges
From one of the coolest sites in the Macedon Ranges, this wine shows complex aromas of violet, lavender and rose petal underpinned by plum and raspberry. The palate is equally complex, with red fruits, game and graphite supported by fine tannins and an energetic, mineral drive.
