An Adelaide start-up has trialled a new system of marketing Australian wines to Chinese consumers. Trust in Taste (trustintaste.com) sent messages to Chinese wine drinkers through social media platform WeChat, inviting them to sign-up for an in-home tasting for A$5, which includes three 60ml bottles of wine. “We’re trying to provide a cellar door experience in every home in the world, starting in China,” said co-founder Peter Evans
