Brazilian Comes to the Hunter

Since opening its doors at the historic Dalwood Estate on the banks of the picturesque Hunter River earlier this year, Mr Busby’s has become a favourite for diners looking to indulge in the stunning surroundings of the vineyards and enjoy a memorable meal with family and friends.

Named after James Busby, one of the most important figures in the history of Australian wine, Mr Busby’s is a Brazilian-inspired, family-friendly restaurant offering the perfect setting for a leisurely lunch or breakfast.

The cuisine is all about slow food – which makes the venue the perfect place to stop, relax, take in the scenery and savour time with family and friends over slow-cooked food. Everything is made from scratch in the kitchen using seasonal, local produce and quality ingredients carefully selected by head chef Rafael Tonon.
