Four Pillars’ much-anticipated Christmas Gin (A$100) is back for the third year in a row. While the recipe has stayed the same – head distiller Cameron Mackenzie infuses his late mum’s Christmas pudding, and adds a dash of muscat – the label has changed again; this year it's designed by Melbourne artist Stephen Baker. “It’s the backyard Christmas I know, lying next to the pool and listening to the radio after a big Christmas lunch,” said Baker. “The colours represent that afternoon summer heat and the cool relief of the pool or ocean.”
