Sydney favourite P&V Wine + Liquor Merchants has headed east, with the opening of another venue in Paddington. Run by Lou Dowling and GT WINE contributor Mike Bennie, the Paddington digs has the same, much-loved vibe of its Newtown sibling, and focuses on showcasing the best natural and sustainably made drinks from Australia and across the globe.
Additionally, the Paddington venue also has a drink-in courtyard, where you can enjoy your purchases or grab a glass from an ever-changing wine list. There’s an impressive selection of snacks on offer, such as cheese, charcuterie, pickles, terrines and more.
Upstairs is new eatery, Porcine, developed by chefs Nik Hill and Harry Levy, with the space regularly used for P&V’s events.
