If you don't fancy traipsing through paddocks and scouring the coast for ingredients, but you’d like to experience the bounty of a foraging expedition then book into one of Harvest Newrybar’s Wild Harvest Sessions. Every Wednesday evening the chefs at Harvest prepare dishes using ingredients that wild food researcher Peter Hardwick has sourced that morning. Hardwick goes from table to table showing guests the native ingredients while the chefs present each course and explain what they have created. Our advice is to let sommelier Russ Berry match wines to each course. Hopefully he has the pét-nat he made with Jilly Wines on pour.
